To answer the button question: diyfashion.about.com/ od/ diyjewelrymaking/ ss/ ButtonBracelet.htm I thought the bracelet looked cute. Also, you can add buttons on to hats to make a star or flower or peace sign. I have a friend who did that and it looked really cute. You can sew them onto the straps on thong sandals. The 80s question: mables.com/ 80s-clothes-womens.php The picture on there gives you a general idea. 80's punk fashion makes me think of lace gloves, converse shoes, fish nets, poofy skirts, long and big plastic neckclaces in bright colors (they're at Claire's) Check out cindy lauper in her music video "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun " for a pretty good example.

Tight Metallic Pants, Leggings , colorful leggings work! Converse have always been in style so that would work for shoes Teased hair Big Poofy Hair With Big Bows Bright Makeup! Long Nails With Buttons you could make into earrings cause it was really retro style for jewlery then!
